Refund Policy

At Delight Spa Nagerbazar Kolkata, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow the policy outlined below:
1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services once they are rendered.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please speak with the spa manager immediately after your session.
2. Advance Booking Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before your scheduled time, any advance payment (if taken) will be refunded in full or adjusted for a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
3. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, no refund will be issued.
4. Package Refunds (if applicable)

Unused sessions in multi-visit spa packages may be eligible for a partial refund upon written request. Conditions apply.
