Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2025

At Delight Spa Nagerbazar Kolkata, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow the policy outlined below:

1. Service-Based Refunds
  • Refunds are not provided for services once they are rendered.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please speak with the spa manager immediately after your session.

2. Advance Booking Cancellations
  • If you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before your scheduled time, any advance payment (if taken) will be refunded in full or adjusted for a future booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Shows
  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Package Refunds (if applicable)
  • Unused sessions in multi-visit spa packages may be eligible for a partial refund upon written request. Conditions apply.
