Welcome to Delight Spa, Nagerbazar, Kolkata. By booking an appointment or using our website www.delightspanagerbazarkolkata.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shorter sessions.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Kindly inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows may be refused future bookings.

3. Payments

We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Code of Conduct

Our spa is a professional wellness center. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately or disrespectfully.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any health conditions before starting a service.
We maintain strict hygiene standards in all rooms and equipment.
